Registration takes two steps:
Step 1: Register using this Online Registration Form
Please register only once ... the choices of sessions you plan to attend help us to plan for rooms to fit the audience.
After you click "Submit" on the Registration page, a screen will list your selections. Please print that screen for your copy.
We will email folks that register with that information, but it's easier if you print that copy before you exit that screen. Thanks!
Step 2: Send a check for $199 as payment to:

Please include on the check or with it the names of ALL the people that the check is paying the registration for.
NOTE that all participants MUST pre-pay for the Conference in order to attend, no refunds will be made after payment is received.
